Viscose

 

 

The viscose process was discovered by the English chemist Charles Cross and his collaborators in 1891.  Viscose was first commercially produced in 1905 and was often referred to as "artificial silk". 

 This material has a myriad of brilliant qualities, which makes it a popular fiber to work with. Thanks to its characteristics, several industries use it, to create a wide range of products. Some of the most beneficial characteristics of viscose include:
